Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM is when some one kills someone for a Non-RP reason.
Example Scenario
Player x kills Player y because he saw player y with a big gun.
Player y made an f1 cause player x rdmed him

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is: When you die you start a new life you need to forget about your past life for 3 min which means you can't go back to your district where you died. and you can't kill someone for killing you otherwise it is revenge RDM (NLR)

Example Scenario:
Raider kills Defender at Defender's base, Defender comes back and kills Raider without waiting 3 min.
I would tp the defender who made the f1 up to a roof to ask him what happend then when he did hes story i would check the logs to see if the raider actually broke NLR and if he did break NLR i would tp the raider and say that he will be warned for NLR and warn him and then tp him back to his last location

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is out of character.
If some one starts a conversation in ooc i would first ask them to stop otherwise i would warn them for metagaming. If they continue i would warn them for metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would tp the player y to me and ask why did you killed Player x? if he says like: "No what? i didn't rdm, I didn't even kill him. First i will copy the logs for him. If he's still saying he dind't kill player x etc." i would warn him for RDM + Lying
Situation 2: if Player y says i rdmed him i would warn Player y for RDM
Situation 3: if Player y says i killed him because he past KOS line- he was in base etc. i would tp him back and explain Player x RDM
Situation 4: if Player y says i killed him because he past KOS line - he was in my base etc. and Player x says: i was not in his base or i didn't pass KOS line then i would ask for proof

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would tp Player y to me and ask: Why did you broke NLR? if he says: I didn't break NLR etc. i would warn him for Lying + Breaking NLR
Situation 2: If Player y says: What is NLR? first i would explain him NLR then i would warn him for Breaking NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC CHAT because his bank is being raided
First i would tell him to not Metagame
Situation 1: if He continues to requesting help i would warn him for Metagame
Situation 2: if He says "What is metagame" etc. i would explain him and ask to not do it again

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

If i join the server at the morning i hate being RDMed all the time because no admins/mods are online at that moment.And i want to do something about it. My knowledge about the rules got increased pass the year. I also got a few warning pass the weeks but i learned a lot about it. I like helping people when they ask something about the rules. I'm a very active and helpful player. I'm always polite to all the players and i'm a rarely-legendary rulebreaker. The only rule i break sometimes is cdm because the server was laggy on that moment.
I hope you can do something whit me. I've been admin before aswell so I know the rules well.
Ps: If I get accepted I get 10 mil of crystal pls.
