People know what I was like as an admin and they know I was damn good at it. Anyone can see from the reasons given for my demote that something isn't right. I don't think my gender is relevant.

I greatly appreciate all the support I've been given on here and on the server and appreciate all the staff who told me to re-apply

Yes, you're right. Your Gender SHOULDN'T be relevant. But even better staff members than you break a rule and then have to prove themselves. You didn't do that yet. And as long as that didn't happen I don't see you as a good option at all.

The excuse that you were just "silly" is pretty poor. You shouldn't do this stuff just because you feel like doing it.
