How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would begin with kindly asking them to stop disrespecting and tell them that if they do it again they will be punished. If they continue after the verbal warning, I will mute/gag them for a time, depending on the severity of the offense. If they leave then reconnect to have their mute/gag removed, then I would mute/gag them again and give them a warning. If they continue after the mute/gag is removed (if I do remove it) I will warn them or kick them, depending on the severity of the offense.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: I would begin with asking them to stop mic-spamming, and tell them that it is against the rules; I will make sure they understand. If they continues after my verbal warning then I would gag them. I may or may not ungag them, but if I did and they continued, then I would gag them again and give them a warning.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: I would begin with reporting them in tab, I would then ask for them to stop cheating/hacking. If they continued I would issue a warning, and if they still continue after that I will probably end up banning them, as cheating/hacking is a very serious offense.

Why should I be chosen?: I have been on ZARP for a long time now, I have met many people and gained many people's trust. I am an ex-staff member on SSRP and ex-staff on another server called Area21. I am experienced as a staff member and choosing me would be a wise choice, due to my experience, knowledge, maturity and professionalism. Although the ZARP server is very new, I have been on several 1v1/arena servers before, and know many of the basic commands such as !rtv and !guns. I am (as of 27/04/2016 GMT) ranked 30 (activity), this may change because I am going to be very active, as I enjoy the game, and especially the game-mode (Side note - This issue has apparently been happening to other players too, where the GameTracker does not record time properly, this is the case for me too). I currently have 192 hours on Counter Strike : Global Offensive, and although I am a very low rank, I know a lot of things about the game. If anyone ever needs help, I will never turn them down, I am always happy to help a person in need.
