How often do you come on the forums: If I am connected to the internet I am on the forums.

Why You?:

I have been with zarp for quite a long period of time and have proved myself to community has a dedicated member of the community. Below I am going to list the reasons I believe I should be made a global moderator on the zarp forums:

Trusted

I feel I have proven to the community that I can be trusted as I am lead team across all the servers I staff along with being the owner of TTT. I have been here for almost a year now (as staff) and feel that I have proven myself as and individual who people can trust and rely on.

Forums

I am section moderator of 2 sections on the forums TTT and SSRP and I feel I do a good job managing these sections. I do occasionally forget to remove people from the staff list but if someone reminds the person is no longer staff I am always more than happy to do so. I am always checking my emails for reports upon receiving these reports I assess the severity of the situation and proceed with the actions I believe are necessary. There have been many instances were I have seen someone spam the forums but not been able to contact a global mod to ban them and it has taken sometime before they have noticed.

Just because they help more does not make max less suited for the job.
you said he needs to help more.
i think what he does is perfect and extremely helpfull and energetic.

Max has a lot of great aspects of a forum staff, but one thing i'd like to see improve is the amount he helps here on the forums. The other candidates are up there in activity with max, they follow the rules, they're friendly, just like max, that being said we have to get into other aspects of what a Global Moderator takes. Back in the day me and the former community manager had to constantly ask Max and Captin to update the staff list, they've done a much better job recently which i'm very glad to see improvement in those regards. That being said, while Max is a great section moderator and forum staff, I still believe that other candidates are better suited due to they have matched Max in multiple regards, I feel that some are just more dedicated and helpful to the position.

If Max keeps up his great work here on the forums, i'd have no issue in seeing him getting a promotion to this position.
