Looks like my gametrackers are really bugged, as most of you know I am online a lot.
I got over 2000 hours in this server and activity will not be a problem.
If anybody can help me with finding my working gametrackers, please, because I don't know how but I am on every day and I think it doesn't show that.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I've been Moderator for a week, then I went straight to admin after applying.
I am not only doing f1's, I am helping new players, walking around the map catching rulebreakers, making zarp a way better place!
I dealt with a lot situations and in my first week I already did around 80 f1s.
I've gained a lot of respect, I worked so hard to change myself and I succeed, after I've changed myself I've put so much effort in becoming a moderator and I succeed again, I also think I am doing a really great job as moderator.
This time, I want to put even more effort in it!
I want to proof everyone I am a great staff member!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I am online in the night a lot (most of the time in server 2) when there are almost no other staffs online or they are afk.
Last time a AFK miner propblocked himself in the mines and other players weren't able to reach the rock, as I can't remove props I've kicked the miner after he didn't respond me for some amount of time.
Before I kicked him, I tried contacting some other staff members through steam but they we're all away from keyboard.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Congratulations! You are now a zarp moderator.
As a zarp moderator you have a lot responsibilities, you help us but also yourself to have zarp rulebreak free!
I am going to teach you some of the basics as a moderator.

F1 MENU
The f1 menu is the panel for every zarp moderator you need to use, here you see f1s coming in (admin requests), recent warnings that been giving and the logs.
F1's are admin requests, people make f1's when they need assistence of a staff member of zarp!
You can handle f1s and finish them afterwards (right click), you can teleport to people or bring them.
You also can abort them when they are spam.
The warnings are the last warnings that are given in the server.
Logs is where you can see most of the last things happend in the server.
Job changes / kills / suicides and all that kind of stuff, it's really helpful in f1 but doesn't always can count as proof.

F6 MENU
In f6 you can check a players last warnings / kicks / bans and cheatchecks.
There is a search option or you can just use the drop menu.

Commands
If you use the commands on someone else put the SteamID after the command
/tp - Teleport to the place you are looking at
/goto - Teleport to another player
/backspawn - Teleport back to spawn
/freeze - freeze yourself/another player
/unfreeze - same as freeze but then you unfreeze yourself or another player
/kick - kick a player from the server.
/warn - warn a player if he broke a rule
/unwarn - unwarn if you falsely warned someone (maybe like a accident)
/slay - slay players (kill them with a command)[/color]
@ - Talk in admin chat (this is easy if you need a admin for any assistence.)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Thanks for making a unban application.
Prop spam is against the rules and can make the server crash, as we want too keep the fun in zarp we have to ban everyone who prop spams.
As I can see it's your first ban and you took a lot of effort on this application so I'll unban you but next time you will be banned permanently.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Hey boys in the meeting, as most of you know I'm an EX-Admin.
I think I resigned like 3 weeks ago but I feel regret for that decision.
I love zarp and I love helping the community catching rule breakers, helping players and making zarp a better stay for anybody.
As user I still try to make a lot f1s, but a lot times it just takes a pretty long time before there is being dealt with.
If I am back in the staff team, I will do all my staff duty's on the fullest!
I am trusted with powers, been admin before and never abused any staff power.
I will solve situations the right way and punish the rule breakers they way they meant to be punished.
The new players, will be helped and I will make sure they keep playing as they first join the server,
I will be friendly, nice and take my time!
