Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin

have only been a moderator on server for about 1 month 1 week but I feel happy on staff team, I have my downsides but I feel experienced and have a good knowledge of the rules in my opinion. I think I will be Mature enough for a promotion in the staff role of an administrator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around

Well There was a time where I was in a sit and Someone was getting mass rdmed/Spawn Camped and I tried talking. The person left sit 3 times. S i called Morgan,Morgan took The user who was accused and he talked to him. Then the other guy said Hey Did you nit give him a warn or whatever, I told him Morgan sorted it and he started complaining and I told him it was fine and sorted. He still was complaining saying we where to easy on people. So i just told him that we do not want to give out big bans etc for some small things that he agreed to not do again. The user never did it again. :)

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I would say " So moderators are here to clean servers not to hand out warn's,Kick's, Slay's Ect. There are also many command's Which are the following.

F1 Menu

The F1 Menu shows The F1S Where you can right click and handle.
F1 Can also be used to see warnings in the last 12 hours.
F1 Is also used for logging.
In the log's It shows The deaths and arrests etc.

F6 Menu

F6 Menu shows all the bans and warns a player ever had.
It also shows who banned them,Why and when.

/TP

/TP [STEAM ID] Teleports you to where ever you are looking at

/bring

/BRING [STEAM ID] Brings a player to your location

/SLAY

/SLAY [STEAM ID] Kills a player.
There are 4 Slays I reccomend using slay 1 or 2.

To find SteamID Go to tab, Click on there name and click steamID And it will copy it.
Also, You can use these command's by clicking them in tab too.

And A player gets kicked after 3 warnings and after more a temporary ban.

To use admin chat you can do /// or @.
Admin chat is for help or if you are not sure of something or you need a higher rank member to get something or ban someone.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? So [USER] I see I have banned you permanetly and That the punishment is way to long just for propspam. I see that you mean in the way you put effort in you really want back and will not do it again ACCEPTED We decided to shorten your ban to 3 days. Thank you.

Why Me For Promotion Administrators have much more commands and abilities that moderators cannot do. So If I did Have administrator It would be easier for me to work with F1'S And problem's. Even if i do not get accepted I will put even more effort into Being the staff role I already am To earn myself a promotion and to help even more. When i am not busy I will do an F1 Asap. When In F1'S I make sure I am fully in control and that I can solve the problem. When in an F1 I try not to rush or panic.

Your criticism. As you so call it. makes no sense to me. he is allowed to put the app up when ever he wants. and im sure he did it so he can get as many feed back as he can. What you are giving is not even any kind of feedback.

He can put it up whenever he wants, although, the feedback isnt going to change in 1 day.

Multiple people agree with what i said. He put it up so he could get as much as possible, i gave him my feedback, he should of waited longer to post his app.
Now, im just going to wait to be roasted by someone who just "Thank you'd" your post for no reason.

Hey Bigwhal! To start of you are extremely friendly and have great intentions! The only thing I would say is your app is a bit short and could do with some improving. Making forum posts about you thinking you aren't liked and quitting SSRP because someone is negative on your application isn't the way to do things, It's pretty immature and as much as I like you I need to get it off my chest. I have no problems with Bigwhal whatsoever, he has been extremely friendly towards this community and me trying to make sure that everyone is having a good time on the ZARP SSRP Servers. He is quite active and does a lot of f1's. And not only that your application looks well detailed. All I really have to say is keep up the good work and make sure you do a lot of f1's before the next meeting!
