Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator I handle sits very calmly and carefully. I have a positive attitude on sits and try to go without a punshment but sometimes I have to punish people. I have big experience on being a moderator and I think it's time to move on.
When I got mod I wasn't so sure about every rule but now when I've been a mod almost a month I know the rules very well. I love to handle F1's and help people with their problems.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As mod I have had several situations like this. For example: I was doing a sit player X says that Player Y has RDM'd him, but he doesn't have proof so I couldn't do anything about it. He was not happy with that and killed Player Y and me. I didn't have time to freeze him after he killed Player Y. As admin I could of take him and dealt with it better. After all I froze Player X from tab menu because I had it up.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
.I feel that I should be promoted cause I have been a moderator for about month now. As moderator it has been fun but I think its time to move on. I would like to help everyone and time enjoy the community. I want to win these objectives as an admin. I love this community and would like to be higher staff. I love to help people as much as I can. |
