How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would first ask them to knock it off. If they persist, I'd mute/gag them. If they continued after that, a kick would be issued. If he rejoins and keeps going on, I'd ban him for a short amount of time.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )

I'd immediately gag them, and tell them it's not allowed. I'd ask him to turn it off and let me know when he has, and when he gives me the confirmation, I'd ungag him. If he was still playing it, I'd gag him until the map changes. If the map changes and he's still spamming, I'd kick him from the server, and if rejoins and does it again, I'd ban him.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)

If someone is looking fishy, I'd go into spectator mode and watch him. If I can tell that he is 100% hacking, I'd ban him on the spot permanently. I would not ban anyone without having 100% knowledge that they are hacking, just like in the Overwatch system.

Why should I be chosen?:

I should be chosen due to the fact that I am going to be very active on this server. I need to get my playing level up, so I will be using this as a warm up server, and plus it's a fun server all around. It's a new server, and I've never been staff on a CS:GO server, so it'd be a new experience for me. You guys need staff, since you only have the Server Owners and Plankton. I know I need to get my gametime up, and plus GameTracker hasn't tracked all of my time. I have been playing with Morgan with just us two, but it didn't count the time. I will be working on my gametime more.
