How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) Firstly I would verbally warn him asking him to stop disrespecting or I will need to take further action as well as explaining to him what he is doing wrong and direct him to the rule here . If he then continues to disrespect I will use a logged punishment and proceed to explain to him what he has done wrong and then warn him (Depending if there is a warn command) if there is no warn command I will then skip straight to a short Mute in either voice or chat . If he then continues to keep disrespecting even after the countless verbal and logged punishments I will proceed to ban him.


How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic ) Well similar to the disrespecting I would firstly verbally warn him asking him to stop mic spamming , that it is against the rules and if he continues he will get a mute or a warning. If he ignores that and continues to mic spam I will proceed to mute his voice and explain to him that he can not do that and that is against the rules , give him a link to the rules and proceed to tell him if he continues to do it after the mute is over he will get a ban.If he then continues to mic spam after the mute is finished then I will proceed to issue a short ban.


How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server) I would first need to make sure that he is using client side modification as it is clearly stated as not allowed in the rules . So once I have established that I will then proceed to explain to him that hacking is against the rules and ask him to turn his cheats off and then proceed to kick him. If he rejoins and he has not turned off his cheats then I will explain to him that I have given him a warning and kicked him and he still hasn't turned it off and now I will ban him.

Experienced - I am a very experienced staff member and also to csgo , I have over 2000 hrs across all my steam accounts on csgo I have also been in the community for Over a Year and I kept my position on the Semi-Serious RP Staff team for over 10 months eventually leading to me getting promoted to super administrator n , a Team speak Staff member for 6 Months , a Forum appeals moderator for 2 Months and a TTT Moderator so I am experienced with my ranks in 4 Different staff teams.


Dedicated- I am extremely dedicated to the Zarp community as I have been here for over a year now and I have also been in the staff team for an extended amount of time . Throughout all this I have spent countless hours administrating , helping out the server as well as clearing the server of rule breakers.


Helpful- I am very helpful on the csgo 1v1 server by helping out new players that might not have the knowledge that I do . as well as this I am also helpful in other aspects of the server and one example of this is on the forums , if anyone needs help on the forums or even just advice about the csgo 1v1 server I am willing to help as well as me doing my bit and trying to improve the server by suggesting new features.


Reliable -I am very reliable as if you have set a task for me to complete I will do everything in my power to complete it , even if it is just as simple as doing my basic job or doing something extra I will do my best to complete said task.
