Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match(RDM) Is when a player shoots another player without a valid reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule(NLR) is when a player returns to the area he died in, before the 3 minutes are up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player gives In-Character(IC) information in the Out of Character(OOC) chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

If the logs confirm that player X was killed by players Y, I would ask player Y, why he killed player X.
If player Y denies having killed player X, I would show him the logs, and ask him to stop lying. If he gives me a reasonable reason for killing player X, I would ask player X to provide valid evidence, to show him being RDMed.
If player Y admits to having RDMed player X, I would ask him to read the rules, and let him off with a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would be almost certain that player Y did indeed break NLR, due to the lines being close together. But I would speak to both players, and hear both their stories, before jumping to a conclusion.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would explain to him that asking for In-Character(IC) help, in the Out of Character(OOC) is against the rules, and is considered Metagaming. If he continues I would check to see if he has broken the rule before. If he has broken the rule before, I would talk to him, to make sure he knows what Metagaming is, and leave him with a warning. If he doesn't know what metagaming is, I would tell him to read up on the rules, and explain to him specifically what Metagaming is.

Hi there.
First of all I would like to explain my activity. I just recently started playing on Zarp, and I intend to put lots of hours into the server, so my activity will be going up every day in the upcomming week.
Some of you may know me from FP(Friendlyplayers) where I currently hold the rank Super Admin on the DarkRP server, and have held that rank for a long time. I am experienced in handling lots of different situations, and I do my best to make sure every scenario is handled properly, and that both parts leave happy.
I am a friendly person, who only wants to see the community grow. And I would do my part in helping with that, by helping keep the server free of rulebreakers, and a fun place for everyone to play on.
