Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator , I've always done F1's to the best of my ability and have been helping out players as much as I can outside of F1.My experience of being moderator has been great , I've learned alot about the game and handling situations and it has improved my knowledge of the rules a whole lot! I feel like I'm ready for the position of Administrator so I can handle situations with more control. I have put alot of effort into my time as a moderator!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
In my time of being moderator , I have encountered many situations where my powers as a moderator were just inadequate.There was once somebody massively prop blocking the spawn and the people inside it, The person who did it was not cooperating and I had to warn him , I had to call an admin to remove the props and it took a good while for someone to come because there was only one or two online at the time.If I was Admin I could have easily removed the props and the situation would have been so much easier.If I get the role of Admin , I can jail rulebreakers for additional punishment if they are not cooperating and are mass breaking rules.There was also this one guy who was mass rdming , trolling , changing his name and disrespecting and prop pushing.I could only warn him for this and freeze him till an admin came and handled the situation and gave him a ban.If I was admin at the time I could have banned him for a few hours.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly , thank you for taking the time to make this appeal.I have looked over your appeal and have come to a decision.I have changed your ban time from permanent to 10 days.You have been given a second chance , don't ruin it. I look forward to your return on the server , Have a good day. This appeal has been accepted.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I feel I should be promoted because I have been a moderator for a few weeks now , I have been in a lot of situations and I have done alot of F1's. I have helped alot of people in my time as moderator and I have learned alot. I'm very active in-game and am a very friendly and mature guy. I have learned alot about SSRP and the rules as my time as moderator and I feel I can learn alot more if I obtain the Admin rank. There has been more and more rulebreakers nowadays and If I get Admin I will be able to handle F1's and situations much better. I always follow the rules and enforce them to the best of my ability. I feel I would be a great Admin and will be able to help out alot with the server!

I would like to see more dedication to the server sometimes, and i have had to speak to you way too many times. Therefore i don't think in the slightest you're ready for admin.

I can see nice app here and you are a good guy.But the gametime is alright but might been improved i cant remember last time you did an f1 but that is prob just me but your app is very detailed and explained everything. Good luck!

Agree with Sonzy here. More dedication is needed and you had a recent demote request. You also warned me despite me following what a SA told me. I kept trying to explain to you and you pulled me up, warned me and then tped me back without letting me explain.

Forgot to mention that you handled my F1 and then removed it to boost your F1.

@Sonzy I haven't spoken to you in a long while buddy.

@Nade Jones , If you say I warned you falsely why don't you go talk to the SA you were talking about. When I brought you to the sit you were not co-operative and you kept saying "idc idc" and you were showing a terrible attitude.We were up there for a good few minutes and I explained everything to you and even pointed you to the district maps which you clearly didn't care about. Also a demote request does not mean I'm a bad moderator , If I warn someone if they were in the wrong , they can still make a demote request but that demote request will be false.If you actually decided to look at the demote request you could see I did nothing wrong.

Extremely cocky, intends on making everybody else feel bad about themselves, gives warns without proper reasoning and often does little to no F1's.

@Sam , I don't intend to make anyone feel bad about themselves.I give warnings when I have a reason to and if someone has broken a rule. I don't see how you can judge my F1 count? You can't see how many F1's i've done...
