How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player becomes disrespectful I would first like to give to him a verbal warning. After that I would gag / mute and warn him (I don't know if we have those commands). If he continues I would kick him and after that I ban him for 1 day.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )
If a player starts Micspam I would ask him to stop. If it continues I would mute and warn (again I do not know if we have those commands). I could after the kick and if it still continues after that I would like to ban him for 1 hour

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
First I'll be sure to know if the player cheat/hack or no. When I'm sure a player starts to cheat / hack I would ask him to stop it immediately, explaining that it is important to not doing it. If he continues I would like to ban him

Why should I be chosen? (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I think I should be chosen because I'm a good player who is always ready to help. I'm Administrator Deathrun so I know a lot of commands and I know also punish players who don't respect the rules. I'm very active cause I play every day for 2 hours. You can trust me because I've never broke a rule in the server or the other. I've not yet seen rulebreaker and I hope not but I would be a member of staff to prevent them from breaking a rule. I may not be the best in CS: GO but it is a fun server that I love. I hope to be accepted and to call back you to add 2 hours my gametime.

To our surprise, there is an extensive range of commands at our disposal, mute/gag being one of them. I'm not sure if it currently is functioning properly because I've seen someone attempt to mute a user and it didn't work.

So yes, there is, and it should be fixed soon.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP 1v1! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your applicaiton and then apply again next week. To try and help you, they summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Needs to interact/help players more, could use more activity.

You can apply again next time, and thanks for supporting ZARP!
