What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead players is telling another player(s) something that could advantage the alive player.
Player X tells Player Y wich is alive the code on the map Helix.Player Y wons the round.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If someone would disrespect anybody,i would first verbal warn them,if he does it again gag/and or mute the player and if he does it again gag/and or mute them and warn warn them.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I should be accepted because i am active everyday,i have staff experience on BHop and SSRP,i am friendly,i respect rules,and i have never been punished in any way and never will.I am also pretty mature as others can comfirm.I can teach new players what to do or/and how to play.

App seems rushed a bit, you also have low activity but its decent since i see you on alot, i would just say get your activity up and fix your app a bit, make it look professional and that you put alot of effort into it. Your application is quite short , you should try detail it a bit more. Your activity is also alright but try be a bit more consistent. Although you do seem to understand the rules.
