Gametracker seems to have issues with tracking everyone's time, I can assure you i'll be actively playing for around 10-12 hours in total this week.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) Firstly, i'd get the full understanding of the situation before I take any sort of action. If the player is being disrespectful and i've got the full story, i'll give the player a verbal warning. If any sort of disruptive behavior continues, it will be followed with a warning if as an administrator we having warning powers. If we cannot warn, i'll mute/gag the player depending on what means he's being disrespectful through. After his mute/gag, if he's still being disruptive i'll give him a six hour ban for his disruptive behavior.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic ) Any sort of disruptive behavior through the microphone is clearly stated against the rules. I'd let the player know to turn off the music and send him the rules so he can take a look at them. If he continued or didn't listen to me, i'd gag said player and let him know he needs to follow the rules at all times and tell him to stop spamming his microphone. If he did this again, it would end in a short ban to get the point across.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server) Any player using Client Side Modifications on our servers need to be given a verbal warning before any further action is taken, so obviously i'd give him a warning and tell him to turn them off. If he didn't take the warning to heart and continued cheating, i'd give him a permanent ban.

Across the community i'm a very friendly person who's easy to get along with. I'll easily get along with players and be able to enforce the rules while having fun and getting better at the game itself.

Trusted

I'm very trusted with powers, being lead team on nearly every single server and being a forum administrator, I've gone above and beyond and will be more than trusted with the powers I'll receive if granted the position.

Active

On the server I've played for nearly five hours already in just a day, the server was obviously just put up so activity will be scarce for the first applicants and only really limited to this week. I'll play as much as I can, at the end of the day i'd love this position so I can enforce the server rules and improve the server itself and see it shoot up to the top.

Mature

I'll set an example and behave appropriately on the server as I do on all other servers. I know the rules, and will guide others to follow them appropriately as well.
