How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would speak to them calmly and politely and ask them to stop if the continue i would Gag or mute them depending on the situation if the command is available at the time if not i will have to kick them or even ban them if it gets serious enough.

EXAMPLE:
Player:Your a fucking r*tard
Staff: Please calm down and dont disrespect
Player: You can shut the fuck up to you b*tch
Staff Gagged Player for disrespect
OR
Staff muted player for disrespect
How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )
I would first ask them to stop if they continue i would gag them if the command is available.If its not i would kick him/her and if him/her comes back and continues i would use the ban command as a last resort!
How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
I would ask the player to turn of their cheats and kick them if they come back and continue it will result in an lengthy ban!
Why should I be chosen?: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become Admin, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I think i should be selected as one of the staff members because i am becoming active and really enjoying the server/csgo.Csgo is my top game atm im really getting into it and it would be amazing if i was staff on the 1v1 server.I know the rules and follow them.I have also come across rulebreakers already and i tried to make them follow the rules which they did!I am also trusted being admin on SSRP and TTT Moderator.

I will get better activity and add in my gametrackers when it shows!Also i will improve my application as im meant to be at school atm but decided to finish this!
