How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

If it is a normal player: I would verbal warn the user 2 times (If he continues) then gag the user (If the command is available) if he doesn't stop and keeps going on after my gag I am going to kick the user. If he comes back I would ban the user. If a staff member lures out a fight to another user, I would speak to the staff member via a private chat and try to calm the staff member down.


How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )
I would ask him to stop (Verbal warn the user 2 times) and if he still doesn't listen I am gagging him. If he continues after the gag I would kick him. If he comes back I would ban the user. for a amount of time that is required.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
Firstly i'd talk to the user and try to convince him that hacking is not good and ruins the game for everyone, Then convince him to turn off his hacks and come back (Verbal warning) If he does it again i'd ban him for a required amount of time.

I am mostly active on cs:go and I find this the most amusing game ever. I'm mostly on other community servers since there wasn't any zarp csgo server. I have now 0 Gametime, but that will change asap when I start actively playing so please don't rate on my gametime (for today, yet) I want to improve this gamemode by providing suggestions, exploits, new maps etc. I also want this server to be clean of rulebreakers, and I don't want these rulebreakers to be punished too hard by other staff etc.
