Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

RDM is when you kill someone for not valid RolePlay reason.

Scenario: Player Y kills player X for being AFK.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR (New Life Rule) is when anyone die in 1 district and go back there before 3 minutes after the dead.

Scenario: Player Y kills player X for being AFK and player X comes back to the same district.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is when you say what are you doing (RP thing) in OOC (Out of Character).

Scenario: Player Y says he is raiding the bank now.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First i will ask player X for proof, if he hasn't got any proof i will tell him next time to get proof or if he has proof but it is bad i will tell him to get better proof next time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First i will ask for proof because if there is no proof i can't warn. If there is proof i will warn player Y. If the proof is bad i will tell him to get better proof next time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I will tell him not to metagame and if he does that again i will need to warn him for MetaGaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I think i should be choosen because i want to help the server and i want to learn new players how to play and rulebreakers how to play too (Not to rulebreak). I have time to play and in the summer when i am not out with friends i will play and play. I am not the best player but Zarp is my second server in Garry's Mod. One friend showed me Zarp and now only i play. Now about my recent warn. Steel was raiding 1 place. I counter raided him, i killed him and he lost a Thunder Hammer. After the door came back i get stucked and i suicide and Steel warned me, that was my first Suicide abuse. I think he get a little bit salty but not sure.

(Steel i love you). I know there is a lot of staff in the server but i want to help too. I think this is enough for me to get accepted but i am try harding. I want to be staff member. I will help much on the server, it's already good but.... we will make it better than now. I love cats. Thanks for reading my Moderator application: Name.

Honestly mate, I've not really saw you much beside from you being afk, could have more detail in your application also but as of now I'm Neutral sorry man. Make me change this!!! Firstly your activity is a bit meh , your AFK alot so I'd say your real activity is around half of that.
You really need to expand on your explanations a bit and detail them better.I'll give you some help.
Also just a suggestion , try to put the questions in bold so its a bit easier to read.

NLR:

Also add that you cannot interact with the player/players that killed you until the 3 minute timer is up no matter which district they are in.

RDM Situation:

First i will ask player X for proof, if he hasn't got any proof i will tell him next time to get proof or if he has proof but it is bad i will tell him to get better proof next time.

First you want to talk to both players and get their stories.You ask for proof if the stories don't match.

NLR Situation:

First i will ask for proof because if there is no proof i can't warn. If there is proof i will warn player Y. If the proof is bad i will tell him to get better proof next time.

Again , you'd want to talk to both players and get their stories.Then if necessary you ask for sufficient evidence.

Metagaming:

I will tell him not to metagame and if he does that again i will need to warn him for MetaGaming.

You'd want to explain the rule to him so he understands not to do it again.

You have a good attitude in-game and it's good that you want to help out the server ,but I don't think your ready for the position just yet , play a bit longer and get to know the rules a bit more.

Your activity is ok. 8 days isn't too bad but as long as you keep playing till the meeting I wouldn't worry about it

You could go into more detail about this. For example. Player Y was walking down the street when he saw Player X and killed him. While it's not vital it does show that you are making some sort of effort.

First of all NLR is also when someone cannot remember there past life except from there base etc. Again you could improve on the scenario.

You do not always need proof while proof comes in handy its not needed for every situation.

And the same goes for the rest of your app.
