Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when someone randomly kills another person without a valid roleplay reason. For example if player A decides to run up to player B and kill him because he is bored that would be classified as RDM. But if player A runs up to player B and tries to mug him and player B fails to drop the money in the amout of given time or tries to run away player A can kill him and that would not be classified as RDM as that is a valid roleplay reason.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is coming back to the same district within 3 minutes after being killed. Say player A is getting raided by player B. If player A is killed and he comes back without waiting the 3 minutes he is breaking NLR.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Say player B is looking for his friend player c and does not know where he is at so he asks in OOC chat "where are you at player C" and player c responds "at banker" that is Metagame because he is saying IC information in OOC chat.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first ask player y if he would like to admit if he says no then i would ask player x if he has any proof. if he does not i would not be able to do anything as console logs does not count as proof.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would first ask player y if he would like to admit. if he does not want to admit i would ask player x if he has any proof and if he does not i would tell him that i can not do anything about it as logs dont say what district you are in.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i would remind player x that saying IC information in OOC is meta game and he should pm the person that they are trying to get help from
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe I should be chosen for the moderator position because i have a well understanding of the rules, been playing this server for a long time now, I could help stop the rule breakers, and help everyone have a better RP experience. I am usually on a lot especially during the holiday events and weekends which seem like the times you need the most help. I am still on a lot when there is no event and during the week days. The only days I may not be on as much is Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also have been staff on some other servers (they were not as big as ZARP but still) so I have some experience with commands and handling sits. I am eager to learn more of the commands and ways to handle sits on ZARP. So this is why I believe I should be given the moderator position.
