Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.: I feel like my time as a moderator has helped me understand rules a lot clearer and I feel that scince I first started to handle f1s two weeks ago I have improved significantly.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).:
I went afk over night on server two and I woke up to one person mass rdming and prop abusing so I tpd him to a roof and told him to stop it but he kept arguing with me saying that he got mass rdmd when the logs showed the complete opposite and then a random guy started to prop surf to get on the roof which I punished him for and at the same time the guy I was punishing tried to kill me so I stopped him and kicked him for mass trolling+mass rdm. I then joined server 1 and he was there porp blocking and in general trolling again, he threw grenades at people as a hobo and broke more rules and all admins were afk so I couldn't get im banned so I warned him separate for 4 different rule breaks which then got him banned for 1 hour.


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Lets start of with the menus you now have access too.

THE F1 MENU

Now you will notice when you press f1 you will have a few different tabs, the first is the f1s themselves.
When a f1 is made it will appear there and if you right click it you will get the options: mark as spam, handle and copy. If you choose copy you will have copied the name and reason of the owner of that f1 but if you handle the f1 you will be presented with the options of goto which teleports you to the player or bring which brings the player to you but I would always recommend going to them first.
When you are then done with the f1 you just need to right click on it and mark it as finished.

Then you have the warns tab which is where you can see recent warnings which can help you judge a rule breakers punishment or if you accidentally warned someone you can un warn them there aswell.

You then have probably the most useful, the logs which tells you who died when and how + it also shows when people changed jobs and a lot more useful stuff that could be needed when handling f1s.


THEN YOU HAVE THE F6 MENU

The f6 menu allows you to check anyone's punishment history by either entering their steam id if they are not on the server or by clicking on their name if they are own the server which can also help you decide on a punishment for someone.


THE TAB MENU

When clicking on a players name inside of the tab menu you will be presented with a few options such as: teleport, goto, bring, back, slay, mute globally, mute, mute chat, un ban from job and kick. You should only click on any of these punishments when dealing with a rule breaker.

The kick button allows you to kick people if they are mass rule breaking or afk with a serious prop block.
The mutes let you mute a persons voice chat or chat and can also stop people from seeing chat.
Slay command is used if a person has a big gun and refuses to holster it.
Un Ban allows you to un ban someone from a job they got demoted from.
Teleport alows you or the selected player to teleport where your crosshair is aimed
Go to makes you go to the selected player
Bring brings the selected player to you but does not allow you to tp them back so should only be used to bring dead people.

THATS ALL OF THE MENUS SO NOW SOME BASIC COMMANDS

to warn someone do /warn (steam id)
/goto (players name)
/tp (teleports you or a player)
/bring (players name)
@ is admin chat where you can talk to staff members but should be used responsibly.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would look at their punishments and if they were getting a lot of warns or punishments for propspam I would probably deny it but if they were new or just were immature I would consult some other staff members and un ban them and put them on a 1 week trial where if they get warned more than once I would ban them again permanently.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I should be promoted because I think I punish people well and I show dedication to my job with the amount of f1s I have done but really there is not much to say why I should be promoted apart from my love of helping people and well if I am promoted then I am but really there is no reason for me to be promoted apart from helping people with f1s, rule breaks and doing events for people. I just want to make zarp a better place.

I actually help out a lot for example I tried to help kizos who was depressed I help anyone who comes up to me and asks me anything about the server or anything else and I have done a good amount of f1s but everyone is entitled to their own opinion and thank you for commenting
