Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.

Player A has gone crazy and wants to see some blood. He decides to be the maniac he is to kill everyone on sight and afterwards flee to somewhere else to spill even more blood. This is commonly called as RDM and leave to avoid punishment, which is punishable between a 1-7 day ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear player x,

I have thoroughly read your appeal and checked upon why you were banned. In the ban list I can see that you have been permanently banned for cheating by me. I will give you another chance to improve yourself on the server and I insist that you make the gameplay a fair expierence for everyone on the server. However, should you be banned again for cheating you will not be unbanned again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).

I have seen that lately the TTT server has seen a major clean-up in comparison to the last time I was an admin on here. Truthfully everything which I enjoy of a TTT server has been rebooted, and this motivates me back to do my job again as an admin. I have the expierence of 4-5 months of being an admin on this server, plus being an admin on a previous community, and in total of 500+ hours invested into the gamemode. I appear goofy at times, and yes I am very harsh when I completely disagree with certain points, however I do my best to remain calm, professional and most of all patient when doing my job as an administrator.

Extra Information:

Permission to apply straight to admin has been granted by The Hitman Jerry. Also, I apologize to especially RedPower for my rude behavior and to any other Lead Team staff member which I might have offended. I was enfuriated with the, in my opinion, unfair vote which has been made about the 24/7 Rooftop map suggestion and I took it completely upon you. This was unneeded and, now that I have reflected upon it, stupid and childish. Forgive me, and thanks for reading my application.
