Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is: Drug Dealer Bob just pulled out his gun and then he goes with his gun to Citizien Max. Bob then pulls the trigger and kills Max

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is that after you die you forget everything about your past life and that you can't return to the same location/district for 3 minutes
Example : Gangster Max sees a base on walter street so max decides to raid the base while raiding he sees Bob who is defending so he kills him too but Bob doesnt like getting killed so he returns to his base in walterstreet without wating the 3 minutes And kills Max.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is When you use OOC (out of Character) information for IC (in character)
Metagaming is When : Hitman Bob is walking arround a bounty gets placed on Max a bounty of 1 milion Bob wants that money so he asks in OOC where Max is.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first go to a roof and then teleport both of them to me after that i will ask what happend and check the log and after that i would ask player Y what happend after that i would ask both of them for proof if one of them has proof like player X has a video recording i would warn player Y for RDM if they both do not have enough evidence i would say that there is nothing to do and i would teleport both of them back

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would again teleport both of the players to a roof and then ask player Y why he broke NLR if he says he hasnt broken NLR i would ask what happend and i would ask foor proof if he can't proof i would say i cant do anything. But if he did Break NLR i would first look at his recent warnings if he has no warning i would give him a verbal warning however if he already has an active warning i would warn him for breaking NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would pm him to not do that becuase he is matagaming if he keeps doing that i would go to a roof and teleport him to me and give him a verbal warning for Metagaming


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
So i have thought about being a mod for the longset time and seeing how alot of f1's dont get answered i want to become a moderator i want to be a moderator because im very friendly to alot of people and i can be oon servers for a very long time even not as a mod now i try to help as many people as i can with like proof recordings if it happend near me whenever there is an f1 made i would go and answer his f1 as soon as possible and i go for 100% presentation and assoon as i am a moderator i would already go for admin as i for the maximum im not selfish i share alot i help alot of people im a very trusworthy guy and i realy like playing on Zarp And also i have a good connection with most of the staff's and most of them know me and i have benn with allot of f1's not about me just spectating so i know how an f1 goes and i can in the weekends play alot on zarp up to 6-7 hours

well the thign is i had canged my name once to John CENAAA which is my rp name but i only played for like 10 hours with that name so i chaned back to Quatroking you need to look for Quatroking i think

I have found the situation why I couldn't find your name due to my firefox playing up, and yes your activity does need a lot of improving. I would recommend waiting two weeks to apply but thats my personal opinion!

It looks promising.
The NLR definition doesn't specify how large the area in which NLR applies is. You may know how large it must be but make sure you show us that you know by including that information.
