Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
(As i was moderator ages ago im just going to leave my original answer from my first admin application) My time as a Moderator will extremely contribute to me becoming admin because I have gotten to know a lot more people and a lot more rules i did not know about and dealing with different situations i have gotten more confident in warning people that say im "false warning them" and "im report you" as i have warned three people and they made a demotion request but i still stuck to what i warned them for and they all got denied.
I have also learned as a moderator how to warn people properly like if they were new to the game i would tell them how to look at the rules and to ask me anything at anytime.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
The biggest situation i was in was some made a demote request on me and they had a 20 minute long video as proof i this point in time i only had moderator a couple of days so i was kinda nerves so i didn't know what was going to happen he kept fighting with me but i kept saying what he did wrong so i warned him for it then when he posted it on the forums i thought maybe i did something wrong but in fact everybody said i should have warned him for more things so this made me a lot more confident to warn people about rules if they start fighting with me.

Hello [name]! Congratulations on becoming a moderator here on ZARP. There is a few things you should think about while you are on duty and doing F1's. First of all, remember that you are a representative of ZARP . You should always be professional. I will now explain the most important commands you have access to.
/tp <Player> (This command is to teleport yourself or another player to where you are looking. If you do not add a name after the command, you will TP yourself. You can bind this command using the console. Example: bind key "say /tp")
/goto <Player> (Teleports yourself to the targeted player.)
/bring <Player> (Teleports the targeted player to you.)
/kick <Player> [Reason] (Kicks the targeted player from the server. Only use this if you really have to. Example: A propspammer trying to crash the server.)
/warn <Player> [Reason] (Warns the targeted player. Use this if the player breaks rules.)
/unwarn <Player> (Remove a warning from the player.)
/freeze <Player> (Freezes a player, making him unable to move. Use this when someone you need to talk to runs away. Remember to unfreeze after.)
/unfreeze <Player> (Unfreezes a player.)
/slay <Player> [Normal/Silent/Explode/Rocket] (Kills the targeted player. You can for example use this to slay citizens with big guns to make them loose the gun.)
/back <Player> (Teleports a player back to his last location. After you teleport him to a F1, you can use that to get him back
F6 Menu This menu is used to check peoples warnings, bans and slays a player can be checked if there online or by there steam id
F1 Menu use this menu to check if there are any F1s that users have made ,recent warning given out by other staff members and the logs these can be used in f1s the check if a player was killed, arrested, revived and if they change there job

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I banned you for propspamming. I see in your appeal that you are sorry for what you did. But you did break a rule, so punishment is still necessary. Since this is your first ban, I have shortened the ban to 5 days you have to understand that if you had of crashed the sever at a peak time you would ruin rp for around 80 people so its very important that you don't do this again.
Why I should be promoted (Resigned) (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should get admin because I've played zarp for over a year now and I have a great knowledge of the rules. I play mostly when there is no staff members on and the sever for that couple of hours is just chaos its pretty much unplayable people just demote people every minute you get killed for even looking at a person for more than 3 seconds and there is more or less no role play at all so if I got admin I would be able to combat this and would be able to majorly impact role play at night to make everything better for people who follow the rules so they enjoy playing more. Since I resigned 3 (ish) months ago I think the sever has a lot more rule breakers for some reason and people are always complaining about there f1 not getting answered to which I can understand even I have stopped making f1s for rules unless they majorly impact the game for me so if I got admin I could help speed up the process of the f1s as much as I can at least.
