Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I was Moderator for over 4 Weeks i learned how to handel F1 Sitautions and how you speak in F1's i had some hard times and made some Mistakes but i think i learned from them. , I liked to help these Players who needed Help and had some Problems.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
It was very late no Admins were online. I was on the street and saw a MassRDMer I warned him he did it again and continued Rulebreaking i wanted to warn him again but he left the Server. He came back after 5 min and Rulebreaked again and left the Server.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

You are now a Moderator on the ZARP DarkRP Server!
You can now use this Commands...


Warn Command
/warn You use this command to warn a player who broke a rule. At 3 Warnings the Player getting Autokicked from the Server. At 4 Warnings the Player get banned 1 Hour from the ZARP Server. Make sure you warn the Player with the SteamID you can copy the SteamID out of the TAB Menu just click on the Players Name (/warn Name/SteamID Reason)

Unwarn Command
/unwarn If you warned the Wrong Guy or the warn is False just use this Command to remove the last active Warning! (/unwarn Name/SteamID)

Frezze Command
/freeze This Command freeze a Player he is unable to Use Weapons or move use this Command if someone running away from a Sit or is Rulebreaking and won't stop etc. You can use this Command in the TAB Menu just click on the Players Name

Kick Command
/kick You use this command to kick a player from the ZARP Server .You only use this for special problems (Mass RDM,Propspam etc.) (/kick Name/SteamID Reason)

Teleport,Goto,Back Command
/tp This is your Basic Command to teleport to a roof just aim on the Postion you want to teleport and type in this Command or anything but dont use this command in RP only in F1 Sitautions
/goto This Command teleports you to a Player (/goto Name)
/back This Command teleports you or a Player to the last Postion (/back Name)

Unban from Job
You can use this Command if a Player got falsely demoted Press Tab and click on Players Name and now just search the Job that he is demoted from and click on it. The Player can now change to this Job again.

Admin Chat
Use this to talk with other Staff -/// or @

F1 Menu
You can see in this F1 menu: F1's just click on a F1 that is open You can accept the F1 or Mark the F1 as Spam if you accept the F1 just click on the F1 again and you get some Options: You can Teleport to the Player,Bring the Player to you,Mark the F1 as finished, Or cancel the F1 a other Admin or Moderator can now handel this F1. Or you can see next to the F1's Tab the Warnings Tab here you can see all Warnings that was given in 24 Hours (Active Warnings). Next to the Warnings Tab you can see the Log Tab here you can see Who got killed (Player Jalu was killed by Bobby with a m9k_psg1) you can see who is disconnect (Player Jalu left the Game (Disconnected by User) see Warrants and Arrestes (Jalu has been arrested by Bobby)etc......

Here you can see all warnings that was given to Players Ban,Kicks,Warnings.....

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First of all thank you for taking alot of time in this Appeal i read your complete Appeal and i see you very sorry for this what you did I think you deverse a new chance I lower your Ban to 2 Wekks I hope you don't do it again. Make sure you read the Rules again! Here!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I think i should be accepted because Im a very Friendly and Helpful Player i was already an Admin on the ZARP DarkRP for 8 Month after i resigned my Postion as an Admin. Im also a ZARP Deathrun Admin for over 1 Month that means im Trusted with Powers.Never abused my Powers on both Servers DarkRP and Deathrun. I know how to handel F1 Sits and Punish Rulebreakers i also know the Rules pretty well. I really want to do some small Events again and just Have Fun with the Community. I know i have a very Bad Activity im trying to improve this. .
