Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have a really great time when i was a mod and i have learnt alot from the staff members that they teaches me how to handle different type of situation. Some f1 i did was fun and interesting but some i cant really help much (example checking illegal bases). When i need to TP someone out of a base or a building for a sit , i will try not to mess up so i will firs TP myself back to spawn then i will find a roof to handle the F1 this make me not able to TP myself back to my last location .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
1. Not able to check illegal base : example jump or crouch base
2. Will not able to let me TP myself back to my last location after doing a F1
3. Cant spectate someone when he is breaking rule
4. Not able to remove prop block or prop spam

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
I will first congrats them from passing the test and being a new Staff member.Then i will list down all the commands that a moderator can do ( /tp /back /backspawn /goto /bring[steamID] /warn[steamID] /unwarn[steamID] /freeze[steamID] /unfreeze[steamID] /kick[SteamID] ) I will also teach them the easy bind for being a moderator (Bind for TP and Bind for "say") and i will teach them about the admin chat (/// or @)
After that, I will Put some picture about the F1 and F6 menu. I will let them know how to check the log and how to use the F6 menu to check for warns. I will then let them know the common situation they will face when they are doing a F1 . I will list down my steam profile for them to add me so that i can teach them more when they need to.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all, i will find who is the one that banned player X . Then i will check and read his unbann appeals to understand what is his situation , If everything is fine and he seems to be sorry and ready to change i will unbann him and have a talk with him to explain the rule to him. I will give him a second chance to come back to Zarp sever but if he break the rule again i will perma bann him again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted as a Admin in SSRP because i really want to help put the sever as much as possible . I dont want to cause problem to other admin or super admin to let them help me settle a F1 that im handling . I will be active everyday but i will be online the whole day during weekends, this makes me able to help out the sever more. Sometimes when player report for propblock or letting me know that someone is going to break rule, i cant spectate them as i need to ask a admin to help me this make me more of a problem for those admins that wants to roleplay .
