When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

There are numerous reasons to use the ban command, i'll list the more commonly known ones below.

Hacking
Rule Breaks
VIP Scamming
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? I'd say the biggest situation where i'd have to work around in my time as a moderator over my time here at deathrun where a promotion to administrator would allow me to more easily do it, would have to be a rebellious user that repeatedly broke the rules after being punished and would continue to harass players and ruin their experience. Sure, warns add up but it's only a temporary ban. If I was administrator, I could extend his ban to an appropriate time to give him the deserved and respected amount of time his actions deserved.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I should be promoted so I can more easily administrate and staff the server. I'd be given access to more commands that will let me improve the experience of everyone in game, whether it be rule-breakers, or the new given power of being able to handle ban requests and appeals. With the new given power of being able to handle report abuses and appeals, I'll be able to communicate with other staff and do my best to improve the users experience with long and undeserved bans, or perhaps give a ban where one is warranted with a ban request that i'm currently not able to handle. I'm very trusted with powers, being a Forum Administrator, SSRP Head Administrator, BHOP Co-Owner, TTT Super Admin, ZARP & FP Teamspeak Staff, FP Surf Super Admin, and of course Deathrun Moderator. I'm friendly, active, I try to handle everything to the best of my ability. This promotion will allow me to improve the experience of others, the server, and the community.
