For example, *DEAD* PlayerX: Yo, PlayerY, it's the right door, ignore the left. How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would simply let them finish talking until they calm down. Let them speak it all out to me. If the disrespect is at a certain level where the language is not tolerated well by me, I would mute them for the time being to prevent any more being spoken out. After a minute or after they have finished. I would simply ask them to calm down, and ask them to be careful of their use of words. If they continue to persist, I would mute them for a maximum of 5 minutes and warn them for disrespect. Or use the alternative of adding me on steam and talk it out. Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be at least 75 words)) I am not required to answer this question, the full answer will be in the 'admin promotion' section --ADMIN PROMOTION ONLY-- When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? When the warn command is not sufficient enough to deal with the member. For example, the player is hacking, constantly breaking rules, harassing other players, etc. Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? I don't remember, it was 3 years ago since I was last a moderator. I once met a guy who never stopped talking and never stopped being so angry on DR, I managed to get him to add me and I spent about 20 mins talking to him about what happened, got him to calm down, and his attitude changed to benefit the server. Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I was an ex super admin a few years ago, so I know the basics of handling and correctly using power when needed. I am also an ex admin on SSRP, so I full experience of dealing with a variety of different issues that occur to me throughout my time. In addition to that, I am friends with a lot of the members on DR and I know my way around the community. I know this section is quite short since I don't have much to say, as my old application is quite out dated. I know my inspirations, I know my goals, I know my possibilities, but the thing I don't know is, my abilities that once were diminished due to time. |

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun!
