Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that my time as a moderator has greatly contributed to me wanting to become an admin because I now I have experienced various f1's that have covered situations like: Propblock, RDM, Propsurf and lots more. Another reason is because having access to the staff chat (///) I now know alot more staff members than I used to.I have attended my first staff meeting on ZARP ts which made me feel once again part of a really great team of staff.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There where a few situations where I had to work around an obstacle, such as: not being able to pick up player with my physgun if they where stuck so I worked around the obstacle by asking in admin chat and they told me to just tp him out of the previous location he was in. I have also encountered a defiant players in my f1's despite my efforts they where not cooperating so I threatened to gag them which I didn't want to have to do, this turned the defiant players mindset which allowed me to continue the F1 and resolve the present problem.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? First of all I would say a quick congratulations due to hem now being part of the ZARP staff team. Secondly I would tell them the ethos, which is that you dont have to punish users for everything its about helping the user that is in the wrong understand he is wrong without literally punishing him. Next I would inform him about all the new commands and tools he or she has access to such as the fading door checker or the /bring command. Afterwards I would tell him that you can bind commands to chosen keys if necessary e.g [In console] bind \ "say /..." this will allow him to work quickly and effectively in F1's. I would remind them that they should always try their best to think twice about their actions and despite how their day has been going they weigh up situations fairly and show no bias. Also I would link them my steam profile so that they can add me if they ever need any help or have any questions about their new role as staff as new moderators may be slightly unsure about such as a common uncertainty in an f1 which I would then do my best to help out with.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would respond to this appeal by checking which staff member banned him so I can talk with him, if the staff member is inactive then I will ask a high authority member off staff for some more information on the ban and his or her views on the ban and weather it should be lifted. After communicating with fellow staff I would post the final verdict on their appeal. In this instance I would forgive (unban) the player since its only his one and only ban, I feel that every player should have a second chance in this particular circumstance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I think I am worthy of promotion because I abide by the rules of the server 24/7 I also am now fully active in game, on the forums and have been trying to play on deathrun TTT etc. but mainly SSRP and dont see myself leaving / resigning for at least a few months unless something very unfortunate happens to me but hopefully not! I also think that I will make a humongous effort to make it to meetings every Saturday at 7:00 pm. I have been playing on and off on this server for almost a full year now this shows that I have experienced many situations which I now know how to handle. The biggest reason I want a promotion is that I want to be more helpful towards the community, because I have been playing this long I feel as if I owe something to the community.
