Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
An appropriate situation to use the ban command is when a player kills several people in a round (mass RDMs) and leaves. I would give them a ban of around 2 weeks for 'Mass RDM and Leave'.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would speak to other staff members for their opinion on the situation and if they agree, I would lower their ban to around 2 weeks. I will also warn the player and tell them if they cheat again, they will stay permanently banned, no exceptions.

Why I should be promoted:
I have a great understanding of the rules (my game-time proves it) and I feel that I need to be able to access more commands to help the TTT server re-grow by punishing the rule breakers. I am currently admin on Deathrun and a ex-TTT admin which means that I can be trusted with powers.

By the meeting I will have 1 week of constant activity (even-though it should probably be 2 D:)

Jim_Jam was a great Administrator back in the day he helped out many people and me. He was always a fun guy to hang around. Jim Jam was well experienced Admin he always handled reports right and how to make people feel happy

Jim_Jam used to be a great admin. Although he sometimes isn't serious enough, he did his job well. He didn't resign too long ago and I don't think he'll have any problems staffing in the future. App is short, but answers the questions well.
