Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match, commonly known as RDM, is were you randomly kill a player, with no reason.
For example, you start to kill people at spawn, this is also known as Mass RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR), is where you return to the same district in a period of 2:50 minutes.
For example, x player gets killed by y player. x player returns before the NLR timer is over, to kill him.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where you say something in OOC, that gives others advantages, and wasn't suspose to be said in OOC.
For example: (OOC) |NxS| Zenternal: Help me! My bank is being raided! Its next to the glass doors!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I will question why he did it, ask for proof, then I will give player y a warn if the proof is valid.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.I will ask for some sort of proof, if the proof is valid, I will give player y a warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would wait for the raid to be over, then bring player x to the roof. I will explain to him what he did wrong, then give him a warn, and remind him to check !rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
Because I am a friendly player, I am well trusted with powers. I am friends with over half the SSRP staff, I am very experienced with the FAdmin commands. I have good control over my anger, and I handle situations quite well. I've been playing on Zarp for nearly 2 years now, and I would love to see a friendly, and mature server that doesn't rulebreak.

On to your application -

Activity
You've hit the required amount of time for moderator but that might not still get you the rank. As I see your activity is very verified it can go up to 300mins for one day and then just 1 minute on the next. I see that a lot on your activity what can be quite a bumber. Before Saturday I suggest you be on, keeping kind of the same amount of time per day.

Game Questions
Your anwers are good for the 'what is ** etc' but you could provide a lot more detail into your answers to give the application more buff and a way where we can understand how you see rules that have been broken.

This explanation could use alot more detail into it. If I was in the position I'd go over the story on what happened and if they're new I'd suggest them to re-read the rules to fully understand if they are meaning to break NLR or not.

This is a very common anwer for this application. It's right but there are other possibilities that can be mentioned.
Please don't copy this but this would be a good example on what to put down.

1st of all this would be very difficult for a new staff member because you would need to find all the evidence you can get unless you eye witnessed it you would warn the player you saw do it. But for some of these propaganda's, how do we know that player X was raiding or getting raided. This will have to come to finding evidence from both of the players and then going in the console for previous kills by the two. Once I have found the player who actually RDM'ed I will act calm and warn them and carry on moderating.

No. MetaGaming is not a huge rule like NLR or RDM and this would not be the way to handle it. I would suggest typing over OOC not to metagame and if they do carry on you tp to them give them 1 last warning. If due to carry on mods now have the mute button so you would mute the player for a reasonable time. Not permanent and then carry on with your day.

Overall
Overall you were good at being staff on deathrun but can you still be trustworthy. I know it's in the past and I haven't seen you that often. How do we not know that you will go off and make another server or join another role of staff in a community??? Other than that you're a great guy. For now it will be a -

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Low activity, play a lot more throughout the weeks and apply again, recent punishments, can be immature in game.

You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP!
