Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin I feel that i have learned alot being mod, I have a great understanding of the rules and know i how to deal with alot of rule breakers. I feel that i am fair when it comes to a person breaking a rule usually just verbal warn him if he does it again i will warn him, but if they have broken the rule many times within like 5 mins or so then i will warn Them



Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). There was a mass rda and i froze the guy but he kept swearing at me and disrespecting no admins were on so i froze them forever untill an admin came and he banned him



If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Ok first hello my name is AmerRox and congratulations on becoming a moderator. I will go through the basics of becoming a mod and the new commands you have.


F1 menu
Ok so if you press F1 there is a completely new layout, instead of you reporting rulebreakers, you handle them. As you can see there are 3 Tabs I will explain them to you now.



Admin requests
Here you can see a few tabs,
Priority-This shows how long ago the F1 was made.
Player- This shows the player that made the F1
Reason- This shows the reason why they made the F1, EG "RDM" "Can i ask a question"
And Handled by- This shows you if the F1 is being handled by anyone or not.

Ok so go ahead and right click the the F1 our text training assisstent has made, and you can see a few options.
Request by- Just shows you who made the F1
Handle this- Makes you handle the F1 situation
Discard spam/abuse- Discards the F1 request, only do if someone changes there mind or they are just not putting a reason
for the F1 request
Copy-This enables you to Copy the Time,reason,reporters steamid, and the reporter.
Go ahead and click Handle this. If you right click the F1 you just started handling you will now see a few options,
Request by-Shows you who it was requested by
Goto- Tp's you to the player.
Bring- Tp's the player to you
Mark as finished- When you are done with the F1 you click this
Abort handling this-When you need to do other things or you think you cant help the player.
Copy-This enables you to copy the Reason,Reporter,Reporters SteamID, and also the Time.

Now you can goto the player or bring them for the F1 situation.
Once your done click the Mark as finished option and we can carry on.


Warnings
This shows you recent warnings given out by other staff members.
You can browse through this to find out if someone has recently been punished for a certain reason press f6 to do so



Logs
This shows pretty much anything and everything that is done in the server at the time, such as: Kills, deaths, arrests, wanted, warrants,hits,disconnects,connects,job changes And much more!!


F6 Menu
This is where you can see everyone's punishments, if you click at the top left it will say Select a player. If you click on it you can see the punishments from everyone online currently. Also if you scroll down to the bottom it will say Search. This is where you input an offline players SteamID and it will show you


Commands
NOTE: All but /warn and /unwarn can be done through the Tab menu, You just have to click on a players name and the buttons will come up there.

The commands you have are
/tp <Name> <StamID> Teleports the Player to the spot you are looking at.
/tp - Teleports you to the spot you are looking at.
/goto <Name> <StamID> - Tp's you to a player
/warn <Name> <StamID> Better with SteamID, You can warn someone for breaking a rule. Make sure to give a reason to why you warned them
/unwarn <Name> <StamID> Better with SteamID, This takes away the players last warning. Good if you warn the wrong person/You enter the wrong name.
/freeze <Name> <StamID> Freezes the player on the spot
/unfreeze <Name> <StamID> Unfreezes the player so he/she can carry on RPing
/bring <Name> <StamID> Tp's the player to you
/back <Name> <StamID> Teleports a player back to there last RP location.
/backspawn <Name> <StamID> Tp's a player back to spawn. Good if they have broken NLR
/slay <Name> <StamID> Slays the person. Good for people with big guns as citizen / If a person doesnt drop there rulebreaking weapon.

The following can be done from tab menu:

Globally mute: Use this if someone is micspamming suggest using this throught tab menu
Mute chat: Mute someone if he is chat spamming or disrespecting in chat
Unban from Job: use this if some one got falsley demoted


Admin keypad checker.
If you equip this and left click on the first ( of 3 ) Test fading doors you can see it comes up with a text screen, If the timer says anything under 4.00 it is not aloud and is breaking the base rules. If you come across this /tp the player or /bring the player and tell them to remove it or fix it.



Tips
Make sure to have fun as a moderator, and help out the community!
Here are a few tips:
-Be fair
-Listen to both side stories
-The logs are there to help , use them
-Any evidence is a good starter
-I myself have a bind for /tp, Be careful though, as you might accidenlt press it and be called out for abuse.
-Be nice
-Verbals are always better for minor rule breaks, If they do it again Warn them.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello, I have talked to the staff member that banned you and we have agreed to ACCEPT Your ban appeal, the ban will now be shortened to 3 days. Have fun at zarp and maybe re-read the rules in those 3 days. Thankyou.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Ok so I should be promoted to Admin because i am very active as a mod, I feel like I am restricted to what i can do to help people have the best experience with SSRP. But sadly there is the rule breakers. It would be so much easier being an Admin to catch rulebreakers. There is many times that i have had trouble catching rule breakers as a mod and need an Admins help. I feel like i should be promoted because I am a good moderator for this community. I am very friendly and very happy to help anyone in need. I put F1's first before RP, I don't RP until there is no F1's active, At that time i barely RP Anyway as i am helping others that need help in OOC or is asking for a staff help in voice chat. Even if i am RPing i always bump into rulebreakers. It would also be able to check bases, as we as staff members get alot of reports about Printers in a building base or to talk to someone that is KOSing the vault or something along those lines.

Why?
On 2 separate occasions, I've stopped you from breaking rules as you seem like a nice guy. The first rule you broke was playing racial slurs as a Radio Manager and when I told you to stop thankfully you stopped, I've saw you deal with f1's and in my own opinion you seem to rush them or not pay attention to them while you're under pressure. During the week, I'll spectate you and see how you're doing so this post could be changed.

Can sometimes be annoying Ingame now I don't have proof but AmerRox you do know yourself that you followed me for about 5 mins making a weird noise when I was trying to rp thankfully you stopped but it was really annoying and secondly in the past you abused as a moderator and I feel like you could try gain a little more trust as a staff member with your current powers as you can do a lot more as an admin and you could get yourself into some trouble
