You're applying for a section, where you need to prove to us that you're active in by asking us to lock, move, etc. Posting helps and shows us that you're actively looking in the section and trying your best to moderate it without the powers.

I often have to ask you to lock the topics .
Or look at the topics because things get out of hand.
I am suprised you do not recall this

EDIT:

I have spoken with morgan about this over steam and he recalls me actually asking him couple of times recently to lock and remove posts from appeals.
