Time spent with Zarp Gaming?: I've been in the community for nearly three years now, and these are the most cherished and memorable. I started out by just playing the SSRP Servers back in August 2013. From there, I had trial and error, until I came to my senses and changed my ways. I came back a helpful, friendly, active, co-operative, team-work welcomed, well-rounded member of the community and later a staff member. This is proven and spotted due to the tremendous amount of time I contribute not only to all servers, but the community as a whole. Being Lead-Team on every server besides one, I've gained a great deal of experience that will continue to help me throughout the community and in society when I go into the workplace.

How often do you come on the forums: I'm on the forums constantly, I wake up everyday in hopes to help even more members of the community, and this is a fire that will not go out. Posts are not everything however, I help in a multitude of ways, such as: keeping the sections clean, helping members of the community out, making informative threads to make a positive impact, banning accounts that are disrupting the forums, and of course generally helping out whenever I have the opportunity Checking accounts to see if they're an alternate account would become as easy as the click of a few buttons, and i'd be able to help much more.

Why You?: There are a plethora of reasons as to why I should be chosen, i'll clarify them below.

Helpful

I'm a very helpful person, whenever i'm online I strive to put my best efforts into everything I do. Here on the forums, i'm always thinking of posts that could be informative and change the way players are helped on a day-to-day basis. Here are a few examples:

Experienced

Across ZARP, I'm very trusted with powers in the present and in the past. Currently, I'm Lead Team (Super Admin+) on four servers not including Global Moderator and Teamspeak Staff on ZARP & Friendly Players. On all of these servers, I manage a good gametime and activity on all, and know how to deal with every situation thrown at me due to my current and past experience as a staff on all servers. With all of these ranks, it's obvious I'm trusted with powers across ZARP. I am constantly online, looking for new ways to innovate the servers and community itself. On the forums, I've been Global Moderator for three months now, but I've had nearly a year of forum staffing experience in itself as a Section Moderator multiple times, and Global Moderator currently.

Team-Oriented

Working as a team for a common goal is something that I love doing in this community, It doesn't have to be with just staff, but players as well. Often times, I'll link accounts to owners or the community manager to check and see if it's an a alternate account. If I was a Forum Administrator, not only myself could easily check for alternate accounts, but other players could easily find me at all hours of the day and ask me to see if the account they sent me was an alternate account.

Active

On the forums I'm very active, when i'm online i'm either dealing with players breaking the rules, reports made via "Report to Moderator", staff related situations, or just browsing and posting. I've posted 400 times in the past month and every time I can say that it was a constructive and helpful post. Besides posting, i'm online constantly and always helping in anyone way I can. Whether it be meeting outcomes, replying to applications, moving, deleting, or creating posts, I strive in every field to help others.

Attitude

Something people might not think about so much, is Attitude. Attitude players a major role in every member of the community, I myself have a friendly and motivational attitude and I know how to speak with people in a way that is fair and polite. I know when things are needed to be said and when they're not, and I can easily step.

Fair

When it comes to any ZARP Server with one on one staff problems that I am sorting out, I can always say that I've been nothing but fair to both players in the conversation. I know where a lot of people are coming from and I can handle these situations quickly, effectively, and efficiently due to my experience here at ZARP. With this knowledge, I can easily handle situations, that combined with the new powers of forum administrator, my experience, my knowledge of the forums and community itself will prove I'm the best pick for the position.

Responsible

With all of my powers across ZARP and my love for helping others, I am a very responsible person and very trusted with powers across the community. With my new found powers, my trust in the community, accountability, and responsibility will only rise and i'm giving a warm welcome to these changes if chosen for the position.
