When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
If someone is very Disrespectful, Hacking, Racist, Threating or hard Rulebreaking all these things would be a reason to ban the Guy, But first i would tell him to stop.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I joined the Server and saw that some guys are Ghosting and they didnt spoke english after i told them to stop they started Disrespecting me and the other Players one of the Guys Exploited too, after all that i warned and gag them after the Map change they started again to disrespect me why i gagged/muted them and told me bad things when i gagged/muted and warned them again they left but 10 mins later on the next Map they came back with another name i saw that cause i checked their Profile (i couldn't inform an admin cause there was no admin online that happend at 3am). They started again to disrespect i kicked them with the reason: "massive Disrespect" but they joined again and if i would be admin i could ban them for 1-3 weeks (but before i would say them to calm down a bit or say to them that they pause playing gmod for one or more hours), that they cant rulebreaking anymore.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I think i should be Promoted cause i like the Server very much, i play on it everyday atleast 3-5 Hours. I was already Staff on other Servers so i know how to use the Commands and as i told in my Moderator application i hate Ruleabreakers and i want to clean the Server from them that all other players can have Fun. I know the Rules and almost all Players like me. The Staff Members like me too and i'm Mature. I want to help all People who need help with like "how to get into thirdperson" or "is there a shop" etc. If someone wants that i join cause there is a Rulebreaker i will join to help them.

I believe that you should elaborate in the following question, "When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?" as most of the reasons you stated may be resolved without ban.
It seems the scenario you've shown us shows you aggravating the rule breakers which of course may turn into a problematic situation. I feel like the solution to this could have been solved better unless they were full on trolls that knew better. You've also haven't mentioned informing an admin during this situation who could have condensed this mess.

I know waht im now saying isnt in the questions and you dont must do it but it would be nice if you explain how you would deal if you have ban powers and an player is hacking or anything like Player A is Hacking/disrespecting/mass rulebreaking.... How would you deal with it ? (You dont need to do it but it would say the pepole how you would use them and how you would deal with them)
