How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
Firstly , Bullying is a big issue and I'm strongly against it. I have witnessed all sorts of bullying from Cyber-Bullying to Bullying and Harassment in Schools.I have helped alot of people get through it and now they're getting along well in life. If someone is getting bullied on teamspeak , I would bring the Bully and the Victim both to a spacer. Here I would have a word with the bully and ask him why he is doing it. As you may already know Bullies are usually victims of being bullied in the past, sometimes they have to take their pain and anger out on others which isn't the right thing but by talking to them you can help them become a better person.I would then ask him to stop Bullying and make friends instead. I would then talk to the victim and try to make things work out between them and if he ever needs anything he can always talk to me. This way they both can be friends and can do the same thing I did and prevent Bullying in the future.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Kick:There is two types of Kick , Kick from Server and Kick from Channel.
Kick from Server is used to Kick people from the teamspeak server that are constantly spamming , channel spamming , mic spamming , and etc.
Kick from Channel is used to Kick someone from the channel they are currently in , this sends them back to the Lobby.

Ban: The Ban command is used to Ban someone from the Server for a certain amount of time if they were using voice changers , constant harassment , DDoS Threats , poke spamming and etc.

Mute: This is used to Mute someone who is spamming their microphone.

Move: This is used to Move someone from one channel to another by dragging their name to another channel.

Delete User Avatar: This is used to delete someones avatar which could be offensive/in-appropriate.

Create New Channel/Edit Channel: This is used to create a new channel in the teamspeak server , you can also edit a channel to change the permissions of the channel or add a password to the channel to random people can't join it.

Set Server Group: Used to set someone's Server Group , for example if someone was recently promoted you can give them their rank on the teamspeak server.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words). I feel I should be chosen because I'm usually always on the teamspeak server.I've had many instances where someone was mic-spamming or using voice changers but I couldn't do much because there was no-one online who could do anything about it.I have alot of experience with teamspeak and know alot of the features.I'm very active and am a friendly and nice guy.I get along well with everyone on the server.I am a trustworthy member , Being an Admin on Deathrun and Moderator on SSRP.

I see you on TS quite a lot and you're trusted with powers being a staff member across 2 servers. I don't see you outside of spacers very often though, so I'd recommend interacting with the wider TS users a bit more and just move around a bit.

Ah that's a bit odd , I'm usually never in spacers. I've only been in them like 2-3 times, I'm usually in my gang channel or a chat room. I think that's what you meant.

I see Legacy on quite often, and he's friendly and trusted with powers and would be able to use his knowledge of staffing and working with others to his benefit on teamspeak when enforcing the rules and helping players out.

I see you sometimes on teamspeak, I just don't see you moving around and talking people.When you move to a channel, you stay there.I suggest you to be more active and move around more.Good luck!

Legacy is a nice guy and he is always on Team Speak I've spoken to him a couple of times but the only thing I can really say to you to improve on his you could move around a little more because In honesty I don't see you interacting and getting involved much with other players.
