How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would find out who the person being bullied is and move then to a private Spacer channel. I would then discuss with him what happened. I would then remove the player from the channel and add the bully. I would then ask him to give his side of the story. The severity of the situation affects the outcome as if it wasn't that severe, I would give them a warning and tell them not to do it again but if it was severe and I have enough valid proof, I would go on to ban the bully. The time they will be banned will also be based on the severity of the situation.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Some of the administrative features are:
Move: This can be done by dragging a players user name into other channels.

Kick: I would use the kick command to either kick users from the channel or the server. I would kick them from the server if, for example they are mic spamming or being rude to other players. If I kick someone from the channel they will go to the lobby/AFK room. It usually happens before I would move on to harsher punishments such as a ban.

Ban: I will use this command to ban users that are constantly breaking TOU repeatedly after several warnings.

Set Server Group: Sets a client's group for the whole channel. I would use this when a player gets promoted to staff on a server but hasn't received the badge during their training.

Edit Channel: This can be used to add a password to a certain channel so random people can't join. This can be used in the cs:go channel when a team doesn't want anyone to interrupt

New channel This can be used to add a new channel. I won't need to use this since its the owners that control all adding any new channels.

Remove Avatar: This can be used to remove a users avatar if their current one is inappropriate.


Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I think I should be chosen because I am a responsible member of the zarp community as I have proven by being a TTT ex-admin and a Deathrun admin. I also think that I should be chosen because I visit the teamspeak everyday and for several hours. Last time I applied, I got denied for not going on TS3 enough which I have worked on and improved.

You forgot that you can remove people's avatars, and that you can edit channels, make new channels, etc.

Anyways, I see you on Teamspeak a lot, and although I don't talk to you often on TS, I know that you're usually quite helpful and friendly. Only downside I see is that you can be a big troll, and you know exactly what I mean by this. As long as you learn when and when not to be immature, then you have my vote.

I see Jim Jam on Team Speak all the time he loves to start a conversation with others and loves to have laughs once and a while with his friends, yes I will admit sometimes he can be quite a troll but he is learning fast and becoming more mature towards others and himself!
