How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

Lets say x is the guy who is bullying and y is innocent.If the x person gets told by someone else or by me to not disrespect/bully y person and if he doesn't care and just randomly disrespect him, I would just go ahead and ban this user.After banning him, I will say sorry to y person about what happened here and just ask him if there is anything else feel free to tell me.After all i would say have a good day to everyone in the channel.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

The Ban Client- This command can allow you to ban someone from the team speak server.This command can be used for massive disrespecting, racism, ALT Account, etc...

Scenario- Player x is spamming the chat and saying disrespectful words.First, I would tell him to stop because banning instantly is not the only way on any server.If he doesn't care about my words and continue saying offensive words, I would ban him from our teamspeak3 server.

Password Protect- This command just allows you to put a password on a certain channel so people cannot interrupt you.If anyone is playing with their friends and doesn't wanna get interruptted, I would just put what password they want and leave them here till they are done.

Scenario- Player x and his friends wants to play CS:GO and use our teamspeak server.Player x is asking me that if i can put a password here and only let them in to play theirselves.I would just say sure and put what password they want.

Move- This command will basicly allow you to move a user from a channel to channel.This can be used by clicking on whoever you want to move and move it to which channel you want.

Scenario- Player x wants to speak only to me.I would move myself to a spacer and move him there and talk to him.

Kicking- This command will basicly kick the user from the server or channel.This can be used when someone is annoying another player or when you don't want to ban the user and give him/her a second small chance.

Scenario- Someone is harrasing a user in the channel and was told by him to stop.I would tell him to stop too and if he doesn't, I would just kick him if it wasn't a real problem like racism...

Server Group- This allows you to basicly give a user rank.Its used when someone got staff on one of our servers.You would give them their rank for which server they are staff on or you can remove the rank if they got demoted/resigned.

Scenario- Player x got accepted for ssrp moderator and had problems while being trained.After fixing the problem with it, I would give his rank on which server he is staff on.

Edit Channel- This will allow you to edit or move the channels.We won't really use it since owners or the community manager would do that here.

Scenario- A staff member accidently moved a channel and don't know how to fix.I would move the channel back and tell him what to do.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I should be chosen for TS staff member because I am a trustworthy member of this community.I have been playing ZARP Community for 3 years.I have been a staff member for 9 months.I am currently SSRP Administrator and Deathrun Administrator.I am very active on TS, on servers and on forum.I applied before for TS staff but i didn't get accepted because i wasn't really using TS like now.I am very friendly and helpful.I have been helping people for over a year now.I tried to help everyone at any time.

Thanks for reading my TS3 application, It would be great if i can get feedback and improve on what i am doing wrong.

Holly has always been active on Teamspeak I have spoken to Holly a couple of time he has been nice towards me and other users he has applied for Team Speak staff multiple times and I think this time he might get the position, but sometimes when you join a channel with others in it you just say hello and that's really it and you don't interact with much in my opinion. *+Support* Good luck!
