You like the way admins can administrate, what do you exactly like?

If you become admin you need to help sometimes superadministrators or higher to train new mods. And at this question you need to write how you are going to do it. Like give examples about the F6 menu, the logs, warn system, slay, freeze etc.

I don't think you are ready yet, just wait a couple of weeks and then try it again!

You had some demote requests accepted. I suggest more experiance as a moderator.
As always do F1s without rushing them and pay attention to every word that you hear in-game/sits.

It has been 2 demote request about me and it was the same guy both times and the same app.... It wasnt accepted..... It was denied but Keith was gonna talk to me about it but he hasn't done that

I see everyone is writing that you make a lot of mistakes. It's a shame none of them are taking the time to help you and just criticise you. Over this week I'm going to watch how you handle situations and if it is how these people have said I will try and help you do them a bit better by offering a few tips and some guidence. For now its a minus support. But if I see improvements over this week it can change.

Please staff team if you see anyone making a mistake or rushing something, say something to them and try help them become a better staff member.

Makes mistakes, and need to improve alot. Just play some more weeks as a moderator!

You're not ready for Admin yet, you need some more experience. Sorry bud.

The application is clearly rushed and I think it's too early for you to be admin.

I think you need to wait out before you apply for Administrator because people are saying you make to many mistakes which don't get me wrong everyone makes mistakes I think you need to take a little bit time working on your moderator powers and your application before you apply for Admin because in my personal opinion I think your not ready for taking the roles as an Admin. You are a nice guy though willing to help out anyone, you are active pretty much everyday.

I'm not a staff but:

I think the app was good, and you are often the only mod doing f1's.

However, take another week or so to get used to mod.
