Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I felt like being a good mod and people like me and i felt like i wanted to become admin becuse i like the way admins can administrate. Like use physgun to freeze, Help people and no need to tp all the time, fly around to check for rulebreakers and not even get seen, cloaking...

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). I feel like i do a great job as a mod and i felt like i wanna be admin becuse people also say im doing fantastic (i dont know what this means that good becuse i'm norwegian)

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? I would have typed all the Mod commands that we use, I would have told him/her how it works to be a moderator, How hard/easy it can be, How he can get help from others, How he can talk to other admins/moderators.

Commands: Goto Command, /Goto (Steam-ID) brings you to the player you tped to.

Bring Command, /Bring (Steam-ID) to bring the player to you.

Freeze Command, /Freeze (Steam-ID) to freeze the player.

Slay Command, /Slay (Steam-ID) to slay the player.

Kick Command, /Kick (Steam-ID) to kick the player that has been breaking rules or something.

Teleport Command, /Tp (Steam-ID) to tp the player/yourself to the place your looking at.

Back Command, /Back (Steam-ID) to back yourself/the guy you were in a sit with/tping

Warn&Unwarn Command, /Warn (Name) to warn the player that has broken rules. (It's better to use Steam-ID)

Unban From Job, Press Tab, (This is how i do it) Press on their name, Press unban from job, Then press the job, Then they are unbanned.

How would your response to the appeal be? Hello player b, Thanks for you application to get unbanned! I have decied to unban you becuse you apoligy so much and i will trust you this time. (You unbanned player b)

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

You make some very easy basic mistakes, and there have been many times where i have seen you handle situations horribly. Sorry, but my vote is a no for you lad.

I feel you need more weeks as a moderator to prove yourself since in my eyes you rush f1's.

Just make a guide of how to train moderators

let someone disrespect me and another staff member in a sit and didn't warn or even verbally warn the player he just allowed him to do it, wish I was recording that sit as this would be a perfect time to show it

u are makin alot of mistakes and i think u need anthor week or too and then apply

Honestly, you're not really a good moderator and here are my reasons why; First of all, you do rush F1's from what I have seen and you don't handle them very well sometimes, even when I try giving advice at times. Secondly, you have made a lot of mistakes too and I feel like you just need more time as a moderator and to take your time in handling situations and doing the correct punishment.

Your application is very rushed from what I've seen and definitely needs a lot of improvement overall. Feel free to take a look at my admin application here or have a look at someone else's application, and try do some major improvements towards your application.

It's a from me.

i think that you need to wait for 2 or 3 weeks then apply again, so you can know how to handle f1's
and how you Deal with rulebreaks etc,

i just think that you need some more time ..
