What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player provides information to the alive players that only he, potentially other dead players, and death can see/know about which would give the alive players an unfair advantage. An example of ghosting could be seen on the map atomic warfare where dead players tell the alive ones which pillars the death chose which would in-turn nullify the purpose of the trap and the game-mode as a whole

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I personally would tell him to stop and inform him that it is against the rules to be disrespectful to any player and that if he continues this act I would have to gag/mute him and give him a warning for " Disrespect" , if he was unaware of this i'd direct him to the rules. if he continues to be disrespectful i'd gag/mute him and warn him for "Disrespect" as I have previously informed him and redirect him to the rules again. if he still continues I would gather proof (e.g screenshots...etc) and proof of the warning that I have given him and I would send them to an administrator to ban him from the server.

Why I should be chosen: in my opinion I should be chosen because I have had my fair share of game time on this server and I still have a lot of time to spare and can play everyday, and during my time I have observed the actions of all the staff and I've gotten to know all the rules pretty well. I could also be pretty mature (if I could say so myself haha) and can be quite friendly if a player is ever in need of any assistance. i'd also like to think that I have a pretty good reputation within the community. overall I think I could help improve this server and make it even better than it is and add to the excellent group of staff which make the server the fun server that it is without stepping beyond the boundaries
