Explain Random Death Match: When someone kills someone for no reason
Explain New Life Rule: When you die then you come back to the same district and break the new life rule when I shows it up for 3mins.
Explain Metagaming: If your a hitman and you say place hits! when you should use /advert. that is breaking rules
so they should use /advert all the time like also like buy my stuff if you use ooc then that's metagame so use /advert if you want people to buy your stuff

tp player y to the f1 then ask player y why he killed player x and then ask for proof but if player x has no proof then don't warn only give player y a verbal waring unless player y has been mass RDM and I saw him

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Bring player y to the f1 then ask player y why he broke NLR then ask player x if he has any proof if he dose not then just leave it and say sorry I can't do much, then mark the f1 as finshed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
TP to player x and ask player x why he Metagme then say you should use group chat or pm someone to help then warn him.

You should choose me to be mod because I am good I will do a lot of f1's and I will help people if there stuck or if they don't
know the way around the maps.
I will also warn people if they break rules and I will follow the rules and not abuse if I get mod.
also I will respect all people and not disrespect no one.

Not going to be completely harsh you handle situations well and seem to use the f1's instead of taking it into your own hands but... this application is rushed and you have basically used one sentenced answers for all the questions, edit the application and make it look longer and use a detailed explanation.
