Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
The act of suddenly deceasing a fellow player for no apparent reason. An example of this would be if I said "Hello" on the mic and was instantly shot by the person that I said hello to.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The "New Life Rule" is a rule which prohibits a recently deceased player from entering the same district they died in for 3 minutes, the aim of this rule is that you must forget your past life. An example of this would be, if I died whilst protecting my base from raiders I would have to wait 3 minutes to enter the district my base is in.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
"Metagaming" is saying things that apply to a roleplay scenario in ooc. An example of this would be player "John Gorman: /ooc All swat to PD we are getting raided, move now you maggots, teh mayor is danger"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly I would quickly check the server to see if there are any toxic players trying to copy the names of other players in attempt to frame them. Secondly I would let player Y know what te logs show and that he will have to be warned for his actions. Lastly I would drop a classic "Have a nice day."

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
In this scenario I would have to first of all ask for proof, if no proof is provided I will refer to the logs multiple times to refresh my memory then make the decision. In this particular case my decision would be to not warn either player because of insufficient proof, if player y was warned it would be unjustified because there is a small chance that he didn't brake NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
In this scenario I would warn player x through chat saying "Player x, please stop metagaming, if you proceed to do so you will be warned!". If player x continues to metagame I will warn him for metagaming

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I think I should be chosen because I am really passionate about being an active staff member, I have been playing on ZARP for a while but aside from donations have not done much to help the community. Another reason why is that I want to be more known and interact with the community.
