Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is killing a player without a rp reason for example player a kills player b because he jumped

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is a rule that doesn't allow you to go back to the district you died in or talk to the player that killed you an example is player a killed player b at bank and player b came back within 3 minutes and killed player a

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming means saying out of character things not in ooc and the opposite saying in character things in ooc (OOC) Player A: I AM AT BANK KILL ME NOW

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would ask does x player has any proof that player y killed him if he has then player y gets warning
if not they would both be allowed to rp

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would ask does player x has proof that player y broke nlr if not they would both go if so he would be warned

I should be chosen because I really want to help the community when I am making this application there is 1 staff member on and about 40 players and I want to stop people breaking rules in situations like this I am driven to help the server in anyway I can

Your application looks rushed.
If someone doesn't have proof you can see if the other guy will admit, proof is helping a lot on reports but you can do them without proof too sometimes.
