Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator , I've always done F1's to the best of my ability and have been helping out players as much as I can outside of F1.My experience of being moderator has been great , I've learned alot about the game and handling situations and it has improved my knowledge of the rules a whole lot! I feel like I'm ready for the position of Administrator so I can handle situations with more control. I have put alot of effort into my time as a moderator!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
In my time of being moderator , I have encountered many situations where my powers as a moderator were just inadequate.There was once somebody massively prop blocking the spawn and the people inside it, The person who did it was not cooperating and I had to warn him , I had to call an admin to remove the props and it took a good while for someone to come because there was only one or two online at the time.If I was Admin I could have easily removed the props and the situation would have been so much easier.If I get the role of Admin , I can jail rulebreakers for additional punishment if they are not cooperating and are mass breaking rules.There was also this one guy who was mass rdming , trolling , changing his name and disrespecting and prop pushing.I could only warn him for this and freeze him till an admin came and handled the situation and gave him a ban.If I was admin at the time I could have banned him for a few hours.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly , thank you for taking the time to make this appeal.I have looked over your appeal and have come to a decision.I have changed your ban time from permanent to 10 days.You have been given a second chance , don't ruin it. I look forward to your return on the server , Have a good day. This appeal has been accepted.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I feel I should be promoted because I have been a moderator for a few weeks now , I have been in a lot of situations and I have done alot of F1's. I have helped alot of people in my time as moderator and I have learned alot. I'm very active in-game and am a very friendly and mature guy. I have learned alot about SSRP and the rules as my time as moderator and I feel I can learn alot more if I obtain the Admin rank. There has been more and more rulebreakers nowadays and If I get Admin I will be able to handle F1's and situations much better. I always follow the rules and enforce them to the best of my ability. I feel I would be a great Admin and will be able to help out alot with the server!

Mass random warned several cops because his nuke got raided. Was so adamant in his opinion until it was discredited then he started blaming the rules instead of his own common sense. Repeatedly TPed me out of a raid and warned me without a sit 5 minutes later.

Refused to cooperate with two superior staff members and tried to justify his clearly false actions.



You may have struck it off as a mistake, but your actions were still abysmal in your handling of this issue.

I didnt mass random warn anyone ,stop making up stuff. The only person I warned was you because your the only person that I talked to , this issue was sorted by the way.

I'm sorry buddy, I believe you still need to spend more time doing f1's and understanding your powers. I was there when all the commotion was going on about you warning everyone for NLR when there was a nuke launch.

It may have been dealt with, but the evident incompetence you displayed can still be used to show how unstuiable you are for this position.

Because you are the one who started the raid , the reason I only warned you was logical. Its been sorted no need to keep bringing it up.

Just because it's been sorted out, doesn't mean that you can't still talk about it. It will still play a role in your application.

It was just a mis-understanding of the rules because some bits weren't properly clarified in the rules.

Smo was also there and he was saying the same thing as me , Exro you had no idea of what was going on in the admin chat.By several staff you mean Jetzy and Cyber because they were raiding with you.

I know I warned you outside of the sit and I get that, I should have brought you to a rooftop after the raid and talked to you about it but it happened in the heat of the moment.We discussed this with Para when he was clearing this up.I didn't tp you "out of the raid" , I TP'ed you towards me because you kept running away and weren't listening to me.

I was just following the rules that are stated in the actual rules, I don't know every single unwritten rule.

So you stipulate I started the raid.

You then say you TPed me, during said raid.

But I guess you didn't TP me out of the raid, just towards you! I get it now!

And you still haven't apologised! Just face it, you were in the wrong. You let your blind bias get in the way and tried to ruin a piece of RP to save your nuke. A lack of an apology even now is hilarious and really undermines anything you say. Instead of contacting an SA to clear up a highly debated rule you assumed you were correct and warned me, showing your inability to reach balanced judgements and to be very ignorant in your decisions.
