NLR which is short for New Life Rule is when you return to your district of death before the three minute timer is up.

Scenario:Player X is a cop and he sees that Player Y got printers in her/his house. Player X raids Player Y's house and dies. After Player X died he immediately walks back (without waiting 3 minutes) to Player Y's house and raids again. This is NLR because you should not come to that district where you died. (This also is breaking raid timer)




Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
