Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.: I feel that i have learned a lot from fellow staff and that im ready for this position because ive also been in a couple tough situations where i couldnt quite handle it and i am better for it now

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).: i know there was one situation that i would put here but i forget most of it, so id have to say it was learning some of the things about being a mod, i got trained 3 times and each time the person was different and that person explained things better too so i thikn im better off because of the in depth ammount of training i had.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello, congrats on mod.
1. First we will start with /warn, it is harder to warn the wrong person if you copy their steam id and just use that to warn.

2. Next is /tp, you can use this command to teleport to where youre looking, its useful in f1 situations and should only be used to get onto roofs and things like that, plus you can also put a players name after it and teleport them to where youre looking instead of you.

3. Then there's /freeze, use this command to stop people from running away so yuou can talk to them or to freeze them so they dont shoot people.

4. /back teleports you to the last location from where you were teleported, theres also /backspawn where you can tp back to spawn or even tp another player back to spawn, the same works for /back.

5. /kick will kick someone from the game and is generally used to kick someone with a serious offense if there isnt an admin on so that they can be banned later.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

i feel like they seem to be ready to be unbanned because in my opinion propspam isnt quite as bad as mass rdm.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I have learned so much from my time on the server and i feel the admin commands will make it easier to deal with f1's and i think especially spectate, noclip, and cloak. I'm dedicated to the server and i feel like ill be able to help it better if i have the position. also i used to be an admin on a different server. sorry if the last part is a bit short im not the best at essays. thank you for considering me for admin.

You still need to put in the "Details"... It's not just for Mod apps, it's also for Admin apps.
