Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match, also known as RDM means killing someone without a roleplay reason.
Example: Player X kill Player Y in a house when player Y didn't own any door.
Example: Player X killed Player Y on the road just because their gang were enemies.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule, also know as NLR means not allowed to get back to the place or district the player died in 3 min.
Example: Player X get back to his base with nlr is still on to kill player Y that raided him.
Example:Player X got killed infront of the banker NPC. After he respawn at spawn, he walk to the cardeler NPC to get his car.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming means player is not allowed to give in game information using Out Of Character(OOC)
Example: Player X use OOC to let everyone knows where is Player Y base.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First,I will ask player Y using PM that if he is free for not RPing. Than I will ask for proof from each side , this is to avoid warning the wrong player. If player X can proof that player Y is the one RDM him than i will warn player Y, if Player X dosen't than i will tp both of them back .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will ask for proof from each player first . Than i will check the nlr timer on their body to make sure they didnt break nlr. If i cannot get any proof from anyone, i will try to understand what is the situation they are facing now, if the reason is valid or Player Y admit that he did break NLR , than i will warn player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will first type in OOC to stop Metagaming. If he continues, I will tp to him and explain to him not to break Metagaming rule and follow the rule, If he still asking for help in OOC to defend his base, I will immediately stop him and warn him .

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I should be chosen as a Moderator for this sever because i have been on this sever for quite some time now This means i have some experienced on this sever. I love the community very much and i want to keep the sever clean from rule breaker. By the way, most of the time i will be active when there are less player on the sever and at that time, there will be many newcomer to the sever to break rule, I hope that i can stop them from doing this because the purpose of this sever is to have fun and not to make other player on the sever have a hard time.

Just a tip please put all the languages you speak because by your sentence structure, word order and choice of words I can see that you most likely are not natively English for example " when there is less player on they sever " It should be When there are less players on the server.

But an ok review I am neutrally supporting this

You could explain RDM and NLR in more detail, take a look at my application if you wish and hopefully it may help you out bud. Good luck!
