He didn't know the rules regarding RDM and has accused me and two others of RDM

lets look at this now
RDM - Random Deathmatch
•RDM stands for Random Deathmatch. This refers to killing randomly without an RP reason.
•It is not considered RDM when they are inside your base without permission.
•If you think you were RDMed you may ask the person who killed you for a reason, if he had a valid reason then there is nothing you can do. If the reason is not valid you can call an admin to check the chat (if he said he killed you for being ugly for example).

If you feel like the truth has not been told, your only help is video proof.
clearly that doesnt state when your next to a player and you shoot in the air next to a player thats rdm. plus when i was behind your barbed wired walls. you had the need to shoot me and kill me.

Gummy is right, RDM is the act of killing someone without reason or a reason that doesn't pertain to Roleplay. (Anything else would be NLR) Shooting in the sky isn't RDM because you aren't bothering another player. Running with a gun in front of a cop isn't RDM because you aren't killing anyone.

What's next? You gonna claim breathing as RDM because your breath crosses the air and hits some huy you don't know?
