Gummy is right, RDM is the act of killing someone without reason or a reason that doesn't pertain to Roleplay. (Anything else would be NLR) Shooting in the sky isn't RDM because you aren't bothering another player. Running with a gun in front of a cop isn't RDM because you aren't killing anyone.

What's next? You gonna claim breathing as RDM because your breath crosses the air and hits some huy you don't know?
