What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where someone is dead, and they said to there friend alive, "the code is 119" or something, that is called ghosting, which you are not allowed to do. There are also ALOT of other examples of ghosting.

What i do with a Disrespectful Player: I would give him a warning, If he carry's on, that a second warning.. If he even carrys on a again! I would get an admin to ban him etc.

Why should i be chosen: I think I should be chosen because, You can count on me by doing my job well, I am a nice friendly player, and all I want to do is stop idiots messing about. I love ZARP, and it would be awesome if I got accepted! I also have ALOT of experience I remember i was an admin for ZARP.

As Jim-Jam said , you'll need to improve your activity quite a bit.

The application would be more clean if you could only bold the headings to give it more of an appeal.

What is Ghosting? and give an exampleDoesn't need to be a friend, use a general term such as a user etc.All you did was give me an example and then say that are are many more examples. The example itself isn't very clear either. If a person went up to you and asked what does ghosting mean, that explanation won't be very clear.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?Do you mean as in penalties or verbally? A verbal would be substantial for first time. I think warning the person many times is excessive.
- As a moderator, you have access to multiple commands such as "gag, mute, kick etc." which should be used accordingly to the situation.

Seeing how you have had experienced before, that question shouldn't be a problem to expand on with more information to give us an image of how you would handle the certain situation.

TL:DR

- A more general meaning of Ghosting and a clearer example of it.
