Explain "Random death match" and give an example scenario:
Random death match (RDM) is a term to say that someone killed another person for no rolepay acceptable reason.
Example: Player A kills player B because he just hates him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New life rule means that if a player gets killed he cannot interact or go to the district he died
for a period of 3 minutes.
Example: Player A gets killed by player B while he was defending the bank. Player A is waiting for the Nlr timer to expire
to go back to the bank district.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming means that if a player says something roleplay related in the OOC (OutOfCharacter)
Example: Player A says in the OOC that his bank is being raided.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x
I would get both of them to a roof and ask player x first to give his story. Then i will ask player y for his story.
Then i will ask both of them if they have proof. If player x has proof showing player y RDMing him i would warn player y
for RDM. If player y has proof he had an excuse or player x has no proof then i would tp them both back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time
I would ask first if there was a raid going on because if you could just be police trying to attack the bank (In that case you can break NLR) If not i would ask why he broke NLR if he has a good excuse i would give him a verbal warning. If he doesn't or he he already got a verbal for breaking NLR, i would warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would type in OOC "Please don't metagame use pm instead"
if he persists to metagame i would tp to him and ask why he was doing it and explaining to him that
he is metagaming, and then i may consider giving a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I should be chosen because i really want to do f1's and i love to help people.
I am good at solving conflicts of big and small scales.
I also really see the need of admins because i play alot of zarp. I just like the server alot and i want to help the server.
I am almost everyday online so i can do lots of f1's and i hope i can be part of the moderators to help the server grow.
I am not really a person of making long articles but i ensure you that i will be a good mod.

Thanks for reply i think the arrest in sit was a pretty long ago but the big gun i can remember that was an accident that i picked up a jackhammer while i was citizen.

This is very confusing. "No Roleplay acceptable reason" I know what you mean but please. Make a effort to correct your sentence and make sure you spell roleplay right. Ok. On your explanation you could improve a lot. For example. Random Deathmatch is when a player kills another player for no reason.
NLR is much more than going back to your death location for 3 minutes. You can't remember anything from your past life except character information.
You do not need proof all the time. Try match up the story but if something doesn't match up then ask for proof. Or if you just think the story still isn't enough proof.
